Claire Civetta did an outstanding job as a selling agent for my parents house in Scarsdale this fall.  She gave us an honest assessment of it's worth, used her contacts , know-how and experience to recommend the right amount of work to make it presentable in its best light, advised us well on the listing price in current market and then aggressively showed the house to attract as many potential buyers as possible.  The result exceeded our expectations:  after some initial interest at lower prices, we ended up with a mini bidding war and were able to get full asking price and signed contracts within 30 days of listing!  She also was extremely helpful navigating the Town's rules for selling older homes and coordinating  required inspections.   We would enthusiastically use her again if needed and recommend her highly.

Scarsdale Home
